About our partnership


ELB Interim Finance Management + Accountancy is a small partnership that was established in 2004. As accountant and tax adviser we offer accountancy and tax services for small and medium sized companies and freelancers in The Hague and surroundings. Our office is located in the Benoordenhout in The Hague. We see ourselves as your family doctor for financial-administrative and tax matters. We do a lot of the work ourselves, but do not hesitate to outsource work or hire
specialists if required. For that we use a network of specialists, which we have build up in the past years and with whom we have good experience with. For instance, we have specialists in our network in the field of external audit, tax or legal matters, pensions, personnel- and organisation consultancy, subsidies, company takeovers, mergers and acquisitions. In this way we are able to offer you a wide range of services with a high quality level.

About our team



Drs. Edward L. Baudoin AA CIA CISA


Edward is a member of the Dutch Organization of Accountants (NBA), the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), as well as ISACA.

He worked for more than 11 years at a Big Four company (1992-2003), of whom the last 6 years as manager. During this period, Edward gained a lot of (project) experience as an interim professional at various organizations, both profit and non-profit, both domestic and international. After that (2003/2004) he has worked with an SME auditing firm as public accountant. Since August 2004, Edward, together with his wife Olga, is a partner of ELB Interim Finance Management + Accountancy.

In addition to carrying out the regular accountancy activities, he is a specialist in Corporate Governance, (Enterprise) Risk Management and Control Issues. In particular, he is an expert in implementing, maintaining and implementing (IT) Operational Risk Management processes, Information Security processes and Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) regulations. In this capacity, he regularly carries out various consultancy assignments at large multinationals. In addition, he is also available to carry out internal or external audit work on an interim basis.

Core competencies are: Result oriented, quality oriented, hands-on mentality, flexible, both independent as well as team player, people manager, trouble shooter, stress resistant, strong numerical insight and very strong software affinity.

Edward is married and father of a 19-year-old son and a 15-year-old daughter. Hobbies are tennis, reading professional literature, genealogy and going out. In the past he has played a lot of sports, especially football, diving, tennis, golf and badminton.

Olga Baudoin-Kharkina RB


Olga is a member of the Register of (Dutch) Tax advisers (RB).

She worked for 4 years in Kazakhstan, where she supervised 10 employees. Then, from 1995 to 1999, she completed a management function at DHL International. Subsequently, she has fulfilled a function in public relations with the World Bank. From 2003 to 2007 she worked as an assistant accountant at an SME accountant's office. From 2007, Olga, together with her husband Edward, is a partner at ELB Interim Finance Management + Accountancy.

In addition to carrying out the regular accounting activities, she is specialized in tax advice issues.

Core competencies are: Accurate, both independent as well as team player, strong numerical insight, diplomatic, result oriented and hands-on mentality.

Olga is married and mother of a 19 year old son and a 15 year old daughter. Hobbies are tennis, reading, writing, social media and yoga.

Advising in the field of labor law and social legislation, including legal scans, counseling, resignation applications, judicial proceedings, objections and appeals UWV
Notary-related activities, such as corporate law advice and rental, purchase and financing agreements
Advising and supervising pension issues (pension self-management, annuities, retirement insurance, life-course arrangements, second opinion) for DGA and employees, such as drafting legal documents, making actuarial calculations, and providing communication.
Advise in immigration issues
Taking care of the total process of receipt and booking of the invoice in the financial administration, authorization by the budget holder, authorizing payment by the director, processing payment in online banking system and matching of the bank transactions against the invoice booking. Also providing for the processing of personnel declarations.
