All (package) prices on our website are indicative and are excluding VAT and starter discount. After an intake conversation, we will make a quote that will be more in line with your request.

Each year we will evaluate the actual hours with you. If these hours differ by more than 20% from the budgeted hours, we will review the package price for the next year.

*) IB declaration for you and your partner

**) Simple Annual Accounts means here an overview of the balance sheet and income statement without disclosures only for Income Tax declaration purposes.

***) The payroll administration for the first employee is included in the package price (normal price: €25 per month). For other employees the rate is €12,50 per employee per month.

****) Small consults: Half-hour consults are included in the packages up to a maximum of 6 times a year

*****) Do you also have a holding? Then we can also administer this for only € 60, - per month extra. The condition is that the company itself does not engage in activities, like payroll administration and management activities.





All packages include online access to your administration, so you always have insight into your financial situation.

For other administrative, tax and advisory services, we apply a fixed hourly rate. We will always give you an indication of the price in advance.

In principle, we calculate an hourly rate of € 130 (excluding VAT) for other tax and advisory services. For administrative work, we apply a lower rate depending on the type of work.

Costs of external specialists we will pass on to you. These range between € 90 and € 275 per hour (excl. VAT).

For large advisory and auditing courses we can offer you a fixed price. We always tell you what the costs will be before we begin with this work.
