Salaries


To handle the salary administration we use several modules:

Each year we will evaluate the actual hours with you. If these hours differ by more than 20% from the above hours, we will review the package price for the next year.

Startup

The startup costs include an intake call or meeting, which results in the payroll file arrangement and import of file data into our system. In addition, we can provide you with:
  • Written application to the Belastingdienst, the Arbodienst and possibly a sickness insurance insurer in the event of hire of new staff
  • Written change of address to the Belastingdienst, the employment service and possibly a sickness insurance insurer

The start-up fee depends on the number of employees in the month of service. The following startup rates apply per administration.

Basic

The basic module includes not only the activities for the periodic salary processing, but also activities for periodical or one-off administrative obligations.

Activities that are part of the Basic Module:
  • Periodical processing of salary changes including automatic processing of changes resulting from the collective agreement or salary scheme
  • Checking of compliance of the salaries with tax and social insurance regulations and associated standards
  • Creating salary slips in PDF format per period
  • Creating a net salary specification in PDF format
  • Making a digital SEPA payment file based on net salary amounts for telebanking purposes
  • Filing the electronic wage tax declaration per reporting period
  • Making the payroll overview in PDF format per employee per year
  • Producing of the collective payroll overview in PDF format per year
  • Providing the annual salary statement for the employee
  • Producing of payroll journal entries
  • Providing the annual wage tax report

Absence due to sickness

This additional module includes activities that are carried out for sickness and recovery reports at the arbodienst, sickness insurer or at the UWV. Also, on the basis of this module, administrative obligations regarding the arbodienst and sickness insurer can be provided. In this way, all administrative obligations regarding the absence due to sickness are met timely and completely. Activities that are part of the supplementary module "Absence due to sickness" are:
  • Subscribe and unsubscribe employees at the labor and / or sickness insurer
  • Taking care of the sick leave report to the arbodienst or sickness insurer and / or the UWV
  • Take care of the recovery report to the arbodienst or the sickness insurer and / or the UWV
  • Signaling employer's obligations during the first year of sickness of the employee (e.g. problem analysis and action plan) to the employer
  • Submission of the annual report data to the arbodienst and / or the sickness insurer for the final payment
  • Check arbodienst invoices
  • Check payments by the sickness insurer
  • Filling in and submitting the declaration of the sickness insurer
  • Check and, if necessary, adjust the UWV's allowance specification

Social regulations and insurance

This additional module includes activities that should be performed if employees are obliged or voluntarily participating in (collective) business arrangements (such as early retirement and ANW gap) with one or more private insurers. With this additional module, all administrative work can be outsourced to ensure that all obligations regarding these arrangements are met in a full and timely manner.

This module does not include consulting in the field of social security.

Activities that are part of this module are:
  • Subscribing and unsubscribing of employee who voluntarily participates in a (collective) occupational retirement scheme and / or an (collective) ANW gap insurance
  • Reporting changes in employment data to the private pension and / or ANW gap insurer
  • Providing of (digital) annual statements to private pension and / or ANW gap insurer
  • Checking and, if necessary, adjusting the settlement note of the private pension and / or ANW gap insurer
Duty
Subscribe and unsubscribe of employees at the (collective) occupational retirement scheme and / or an (collective) ANW-hinge insurer

Reporting of (interim) changes in employment data to the pension and / or ANW gap insurer

Termination

Upon termination of service and change of legal form, the following activities are performed:
  • Written unsubscription at the Belastindienst, the arbodienst and possibly a private sickness insurer in case no staff is employed or the company is discontinued
  • Written change of address to the Belastingdienst, the arbodienst and, if applicable, a private sickness  insurer, as well as the work relating to the transfer of the files in case the payroll administration transfers to another service provider
We calculate a termination fee of € 75 excluding VAT per administration.
